Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing an Élite Pomeranian into your family.
What is the process for adopting a puppy?
Our adoption process begins with an application. Once approved, you can place a deposit to join our waitlist or reserve an available puppy. We then guide you through preparation and the final go-home day.
Do you ship your puppies?
We prefer families to pick up their puppies in person. However, we do offer flight nanny services where a professional travels in-cabin with your puppy to your nearest major airport for an additional fee.
Are your puppies health guaranteed?
Yes, all our puppies come with a comprehensive 2-year genetic health guarantee. They are vet-checked, dewormed, and have their age-appropriate vaccinations before going home.
What is a "Doll Face" Pomeranian?
A Doll Face Pomeranian is characterized by a shorter snout, rounder face, and larger, expressive eyes, giving them a very sweet, baby-like appearance compared to the traditional fox-face Pomeranian.
